Everyone enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal prepared by Chef Connie Landry. We dined on meat loaf with gravy over rice, yellow squash casserole, sliced white bread and blueberry peach strudel for dessert. Delicious cold beverages of homemade root beer and raspberry lemonade were prepared by co-host Cynthia Beauvais. YUM! |
While creating community and getting to know one another, we were guided into inspirational creativity. Artist Caroline Harrell gently offered her gifts and skills to encourage us in expressing our Personal Creativity and Inner Beauty. |

Our gift boxes evolved from plain and unpainted to stunning representations of the beauty that lies within us. This time of connecting with our inner expressive Self was extremely nurturing. Please also notice in the background, there is an image that looks like a white dove! Do you see her? I didn’t notice her until much later when I was going through the photos taken at that event. Wow! |

Every so often we have local W.O.W. (Wellness Of Women) Events that are held in St. Francisville, Louisiana and surrounding areas. These events bring more awareness about our physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and financial health. We also celebrate and support the local business women in our community. Amazing shifts have been reported from the participants in these Events! Please contact me if you’d like to co-host a W.O.W. Event in your business or home.

A participant who used the relaxation techniques to melt away her stresses with cash reported: "It’s been a banner sales day! I have to tell you, sales have increased dramatically! Even Saturday, when I’m closed, I had several sales come through. As usual for me, I didn’t “feel” anything major, except feeling relaxed, but again, there has been substantial improvement in my income!"
She later followed up with:
"Wait!! I just sold my first bed to the tune of $6,800!!!!"
